After your order is placed, it takes us usually 2-4 business days to process your order and get it ready to ship.

We know that quick delivery is important to you and we work hard to achieve that. However, we request your patience during this time, as orders can take approx. 2-3 weeks to arrive (if things are a little slow). Rest assured all our efforts are aimed at shipping your item at the earliest- but delivery of the item is ultimately taken care of by shipping companies.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the system. You can track your order on our website (in the footer section).

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
